Declan is the founding partner of Future Realities Studios. With over 25 years experience in the industry he has produced work for many of the leading Architects and Developers in the UK and abroad. Notable projects include British House of Commons Security Screens, Saltair World Heritage site, Dublin Airport T2, Houses of Parliament (Majlis) Oman, Centre Point - London. Declan heads up the companies technical and creative departments.
Nadia Karoui
Director of Finance and New Business
Nadias’ specialty is business development. She began her career as a Finance and Business Analysis working for large corporate companies such as Wang Global and Xerox and also turning her hand to project management for a number of startups. At Future Realities Studios Nadia takes care of new business and also overseas the companies project management structure.

“Accurate Visual Representations” are prepared using a combination of specialist recorded photography and surveying. Using this information, computer generated images of the scheme are accurately integrated into the existing context. Future Realities have many years experience including preparing views for a world heritage site and our methods have passed public inquiry scrutiny.
ANIMATIONS
Bring your proposals to life by using moving images. Animation is a powerful medium when used correctly, and when mixed with images and audio it has the potential to add life and emotion to your developments.
